We’re all about sharing the LOVE, but right now we’re focusing on the health and safety of our citizens and visitors. Rental Fees & Capacities

The Southwest Virginia Cultural Center & Marketplace’s world-class Cafe features upscale food from local sources. It’s the perfect place to stop for lunch.

 

  • Maximum Capacity: 45 persons

This conference room is perfect for board meetings or small group gatherings.

 

  • Maximum Capacity: 12 persons

A large space perfect for board meetings or group get-togethers.

 

  • Maximum Capacity: 75 persons

Experience a concert by one of Southwest Virginia’s old time or bluegrass bands in Southwest Virginia Cultural Center & Marketplace’s heart-stopping performance space. It’s the perfect place for that special event you’ve been planning – a wedding, reception, reunion or company meeting. Enjoy catering by our outstanding restaurant staff in an architecturally beautiful place surrounded by mountain vistas.

 

  • Upper Level, Middle Section with Stage and Café
  • Maximum Capacity: 250 persons
  • Performance Area + Cafe Area + Mountain Brew Bar + Board Room I, II, & III + Amphitheater
  • Maximum Capacity: 300 persons
  • Maximum Capacity: 300 persons

Southwest Virginia Cultural Center and Marketplace’s world-class restaurant features upscale food from local sources. It’s the perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner.

 

  • Rental Fee: $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Maximum Capacity: 45 persons

Board Room I

This conference room is perfect for board meetings or small group gatherings.

 

  • Rental Fee: $25 per hour (2 hour Minimum)
  • Maximum Capacity: 12 persons

Board Room II & III

A large space perfect for board meetings or group get-togethers.

 

  • Rental Fee: $50 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Maximum Capacity: 75 persons

Central Space

It’s the perfect place for that special event you’ve been planning – a wedding, reception, reunion or company meeting.   • Rental Fee: $2000 (4 hours)
  • $500 per additional hour
  • Maximum Capacity: 250 persons

Entire Facility & Amphitheater

  • Performance Area + Cafe Area + Mountain Brew Bar + Board Room I, II, & III + Amphitheater
  • $2,500 (available only after 3 p.m. – no hour minimum)
  • 300 persons

Amphitheater

  • $100 per hour (2 hour minimum)
